[MonoDevelop] how to import web application in MONO

In theory, you should be able to open project, click on the VS.NET prj
file and Monodevelop will do the rest. As for debugging, as with the
VS.NET IDE, it's under the build options.

As for the mono parts, I'm assuming you have mono, xsp and mod_mono
installed - in which case, you should be good to go.
