[MonoDevelop] can not launch MonoDevelop from Nautilus 2.12.1

Or, if you installed mono, gtk-sharp and so on from source, and use a
location of /usr/local for your prefix then you need to
add /usr/local/lib to your /etc/ld.so.conf file and re-run ldconfig
as root.
