[MonoDevelop] TROUBLE RUNNING MONODEVELOP

Hi, I'm interested in using MonoDevelop to build C# applications, so I 
downloaded this software and successfully installed it on Linux Red Hat 9.

When I try to run it, a window with de MonoDevelop logo is loaded, but right 
away, it closes and the MonoDevelop application doesn't start.

I installed it on Fedora Core 2 and it works perfectly, but I need to run it 
on Red Hat 9, because I also need to work with Oracle 9i for Linux, and 
installing Oracle 9i on Fedora Core 2 it's very complicated and it's very 
difficult to find some documentation about it.

I appreciate any help. Maybe MonoDevelop isn't running on Red Hat 9 for some 
simple reason, but just as I said, I'm a beginner in this MonoDevelop and 
Linux stuff. Thanks a lot.
