[MonoDevelop] Error when opening New Project;

I have this too. It could possibly be an issue with the runtime or the
class libraries -- the reflection / verification related updates have
completely broken MonoDevelop for me a few times over the past few
days. Indeed, right now I cannot start it at all. However, this
particular problem does persist when I revert my runtime and classlibs
back to the Ubuntu Dapper repository ones.

It appears to be more widespead this just this dialog -- see my email
from a couple of days ago.
