[MonoDevelop] maybe typo in monodevelop.pc.in?

Hi,

According to monodevelop.pc, MonoDevelop.Components.dll should be into
the AddIns directory, but make install installs it into the bin
directory.
Myself I just changed monodevelop.pc.in to fix the problem (md worked,
but I could not compile against it without pointing to that dll by
means of the -r option)
