Hi,

I've installed mono (ftp://www.go-mono.com/archive/1.1.13.2/linux-installer/0/mono-1.1.13.2_0-installer.bin)
on my Vector Linux with Gnome installed.

I've tried to compile a c# file and all works, but if I launch the ./monodevelop file in the bin directory I got this error :

System.TypeInitializationException: An exception was thrown by the type initializer for MonoDevelop.Ide.Gui.IdeApp ---> System.ApplicationException: Couldn't create a remote process.
in <0x00124> MonoDevelop.Core.Execution.ProcessHostController:CreateInstance (System.String assemblyPath, System.String typeName)

Of course I've see my ifconfig and the lo interface is enabled. I've logged in my system as root, here my ifconfig :

lo        Link encap:Local Loopback
          inet addr:127.0.0.1  Mask:255.0.0.0
          inet6 addr: ::1/128 Scope:Host
          UP LOOPBACK RUNNING  MTU:16436  Metric:1
          RX packets:123 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 frame:0
          TX packets:123 errors:0 dropped:0 overruns:0 carrier:0
          collisions:0 txqueuelen:0
          RX bytes:8679 (8.4 Kb)  TX bytes:8679 (8.4 Kb)

How can I fix ? I've automake 1.9.5, kernel 2.6.13.
