[MonoDevelop] default references

Hey, I'm a Gentoo user who ran into the problem that was discussed in

http://lists.ximian.com/pipermail/monodevelop-list/2005-November/002719.html

Removing the old references (to versions 2.4 of gtk-sharp and friends, since
I have 2.8) and readding them from the GAC worked, but the inaccurate
references are always added for new "Gtk# 2.0", "Glade# 2.0" c# solutions.
I'd file a bug report, but didn't see a tracker; just thought someone should
know that the versions of Gtk#, etc. that Monodevelop adds to certain
solution templates don't always reflect what's available in the GAC.
Otherwise, fantastic IDE.
