[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop crash after 3mn of use...

Hari has fixed some of the issues that I introduced in the new
WaitHandle/SafeHandle usage, could you give it another shot?

Alternatively, what do you do when it happens?   Is there a way for me
to reproduce it?
