Thanks for the patches; they'll definitely help people who are having
problems. However, there are still a couple of major problems with
distribution which I need to iron out. Eventually I'd like to make it
possible to run the addin without installing this stuff at all.
I wasn't aware of DESTDIR, thanks. I'm not sure that
$(DESTDIR)$(chromedir) will always be desirable though, because it
needs to point to the Mozilla/Firefox/etc. directory.
The install-chrome-text hook (for Mozilla 1.7) causes difficulties for
distribution. I should probably have been script rather than in the
Makefile. However, as soon as AspNetEdit works properly in Mozilla 1.8
(E.g. firefox) I will deprecate the 1.7 code, so this won't be a
problem.
