Questions that come up frequently:

	* The need to use [Bind to Field]

	* The container model, people coming from VS.NET are very
	  confused that widgets take all the space, and believe that
	  this is a bug.

	* Going from Tables and Boxes to a nicely looking layout.

	  I would try to teach people how to replicate good looking
	  layouts and dialog boxes using tables and boxes.
