I think Paulo is confusing "Rename" with "Replace". In MD we already
have a feature for replacing, which has the two possibilities Paulo has
mentioned: replace all, replace next. But "Rename" is a refactoring
utility that only is useful for renaming ALL operations, as Jacob has
pointed out.
