[MonoDevelop] Planning MonoDevelop 1.0

I think this may be in reference to Visual Studio's 
Solution Items folder - a repository for files that
are not part of any project. For example, my license
file is in the Solutions Item folder.

Of course, I'm just guessing. :-)
