[MonoDevelop] Default configuration about compiler

Hello

Can we have an default configuration about witch compiler will be used?
For default is used the 1.1 compiler and in Project Options we change to
2.0. 
Can we have any default configuration in MD Option that all the projects
created will be 1.1 or 2.0?
