Well, not really. I have used "intltool-update" for my translation, 
after these string changes, and all improved/fixed strings were marked 
as fuzzy but with the same value they had.

The only problem is the addition of the new file on POTFILES.in, which 
will probably break them.

Then, you decide what to do:

- Apply the patch I sent if running "intltool-update xx" don't break the 
translations.
- Apply only the strings fixes and the spanish translation.
- Apply only the file inclusion (in POTFILES) and the spanish translation.
- Apply only the spanish translation.
