[MonoDevelop] No function definition in VB.NET

Hello, I'm new to this list.
Sorry in advance for my poor english!

After creating a VB.NET console project, I can't see the definition of
library functions while I'm writing arguments (like I did in VS2005). For
example:

Dim infile as new System.IO.FileReader(...

After typing the braket could I see the definition to help me writing
arguments?
