[MonoDevelop] question about code-completion

There was some support for this at the beginning of MonoDevelop (just
after the fork of SharpDevelop). It was disabled because it didn't work
very well (I think the problem were the Gtk tooltips), but the
foundation should still be there so maybe someone could look at it.
