[MonoDevelop] Status of C# debugging add-in

The debugger itself sufered a big refactoring to fix lot of its problems
related to integration with multiple front-ends, MD included. That happened
some months ago, since there the addin has been unmaitained and I believe
some work on it should be starting soon. After all, we are seeing some new
debugger releases that are almost stable.
