[MonoDevelop] Cut and Past Shortcut keys

Hi All

I am using the latest version compiled from trunk to develop my add ins,
and since I updated and re-build MD this morning, the copy, cut and
paste shortcut keys Ctrl+C, Ctrl+X and Ctrl+V does not work in the
source editor. Is anybody else aware of this issue?
