[MonoDevelop] questions about MonoDevelop

Hello,

This is the second time I try to use Monodevelop and I have 2 questions
about its features:

1) Is there a way to customize keybord shortcuts ?
	(I couldn't find one)
2) Does this IDE have a way to define macros ?

I consider both features essential for any good IDE, and if Monodevelop
doesn't have the above, what can be done to add them ?

Another question: If I wanted to hack on Monodevelop, like adding new
AddIns, are there resources that describe its architecture ?
