[MonoDevelop] Error reports when trying to enable boo and ikvm with monodevelop

I didn't see any error but this one:
make[2]: *** No rule to make target
> `../../build/AddIns/MonoDevelop.GtkCore/MonoDevelop.GtkCore.dll.mdb',
> needed by `all-am'.  Stop.

I think you just need to run autogen.sh, which does more than the  
configure script.
