[MonoDevelop] Google SoC 06

Hi,

again this year there will be Googles Summer of Code, where Students
and OSS projects get funds for implementing open tasks.

As a 6th semester CS student I wonder if Monodevelop also is going to
take the advantage of this. I thought about either extending/rewriting
the parser in order to support gmcs (C# 2.0) or doing the assembly
browser task.

So my questions are:

 - Does Monodevelop take part on SoC06?
 - Is there already someone working on one of these tasks?
