[MonoDevelop] Running MonoDevelop...Again

I tried changing the file permissions on the directory that I installed Mono
in, as well as on all of its files and subdirectories. Unfortunately, I
still can't start MonoDevelop as a non-root user, even though these users
know have read, write, and execute access to the Mono directory structure.

What are my other options? Should I try a newer version of the Mono
installer when it becomes available? Do I wait until I make the upgrade to a
newer version of Debian so I can use the Debian Packages for Mono and
MonoDevelop?

Thanks,

Scott Huey
