[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop GUI Designer

If I run monodevelop from the console I get the following debug
information. I get no debug information when I attempt to open the GUI
editor, by double clicking on MainWindow.cs, or, alternately, on the
object MainWindow. All of this debug information occurs at startup.
