[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop 0.10 released

Having seen and worked w/ this ide for quite some time ( since version 
.5 as memory serves me ) I must say thanks, and congratulations.  The MD 
team is doing a fantastic job.  My job is still mainly in the C++ world, 
but when i get the opportunity to .Net it, it has been w/ MD.  Great 
tool, and great progress!
