[MonoDevelop] ClassPad patch

Hi,

The patch looks ok. Just a couple of comments:
* I would make this formatting optional (by just adding a pad option).
* Not sure, but maybe you can use
MonoDevelop.Projects.Ambience.NetAmbience for formatting the members.

BTW, what is the GroupTypes option for?
