[MonoDevelop] Branch created for 0.8

Hello,

	To aid in some new work being moved into the trunk (TerminalPad,
general reorgs, etc) I have created a 0.8 branch, with our new location
that is:

svn+ssh://mono-cvs.ximian.com/source/branches/monodevelop/0.8

for commiters and:

svn://svn.myrealbox.com/source/branches/monodevelop/0.8

for anonymous users.

This is *NOT* a release. We *DO* have one or two pending bugfixes before
we will release 0.8.
