[MonoDevelop] terminal pad

Quick patch to enable terminal pad. The bug we had before relating to
redocking and such seems to be fixed here on gtk-sharp-2.0 >= 2.5.91. I
will check the currently packaged 2.3.9 on ubuntu breezy next to see if
it is affected.

We should probably add some support for custom fonts and colors or the
use of gnome-terminal profiles.
