You can see an overview:

well... I think at first is better have things like:

# Ruby(.NET)Binding
# (Iron)PythonBinding
# Gcc(CILBackend)Binding
# Regex builder and checker
# Nant, Xdevelop, integration
# Stetic and GladeCodeGenerator integration (like VisualStudio... just
design the GUI and click).
# AspNetEditor and XSP integration
# koders.com integration (I'm working on it)
# Beagle backend for search into our projects (code like koders.com)
# MonoUML integration (I'm working on it http://planet.monouml.org/ )
# Database designer integration (maybe into monouml)
# GForge integration using the SOAP API, so we will have a task
manager backend, calendar, ... everything shared :) (I'm working on
it)
# Cecil integration for decompile assemblies and continue the flow
with the debugger
# AlwaysCompiling mode (for remarking errors and offering easy
solutions just clicking)
# autoindentation depending on the LanguageBinding
# XAML integration
# reorganize usings (reorganize imports in eclipse)
# refactorization
# look for the instanciation of an object just selecting it (like eclipse)
# use of codedom (it works great with c#, vb.net, boo and nemerle) for
autogeneration of code for simplification

I know most things are no possible... are difficult (impossible at the
moment due depends on other projects)

Cheers!
