[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop.Dock and Gecko.WebControl

All,

I have come across an issue in developing the Welcome Page for
MonoDevelop.  If you close out or open a docked portion of the
workbench, the WelcomePage goes blank.  An easy way to test this is to
close all the open pads in the left column.

I was able to recreate this problem using only Gecko and
MonoDevelop.Dock.  I have attached this code.

I am hoping that someone more familiar with the docking code might be
able to provide some insight.  If not, I will try to tackle it as I have
the time.
