[MonoDevelop] MD Logo

IMO, MD is just "an IDE", which happens to play well with Mono and
specially with C#, but open to all languages. I hope someone will
contribute an add-in for C someday, for example.

Moreover, MD is not (only) about programming languages, but about
development tools: compilers, debuggers, profilers, uml designers, unit
testers, documentation tools, database management, etc.
