[MonoDevelop] monodevelop 0.7 starting error

 I've installed monodevelop 0.7 on an x86 machine
running Gentoo . It all compiled OK and seemed to work
. When I try to start it though I get the following
error :

   monodevelop

I don't have a clue why this is so any help would be
