[MonoDevelop] Ctrl+Space,Input method issue

Hi~

It sames MD use Ctrl+Space key to do something like code
completing.But the 'Ctrl+Space' key for CJK user is the default key to
call Input method.It's a long story and Many Many users use this
default setting.

so,I think MD should  not use 'Ctrl+Space' key.can you change it?

btw, Eclipse 3.0 had this issue too, but Eclipse 3.1 changed it.
