[MonoDevelop] Internet links from welcome page don't work

Hello,

the internet links on the welcome page do not work.
I get for example the message:

Could not open the url http://www.monodevelop.com/

If I enter this URL in my browser (firefox) it does work.

I couldn't find any settings for the prefered browser either.

Any idea?
