[MonoDevelop] Problem with Tools menu.

Hello.

I have installed mono, and monodevelop on a fedora core 4, using RPM
packages.
My monodevelop works just fine, excepts that the Tools menu do not have any
items (In fact, it does not open at all).
I have installed the mono tools rpm.
Someone that have deal with the same problem?
