[MonoDevelop] Could not save Combine : Some sort of w32 error

Since using the managed watcher fixes the problem (the exception below
is another problem), it means that the FAM watcher is failing for some
reason (which has nothing to do with MD). 

Is your system up to date? There is a known issue with FAM and
gnome-vfs2 which was crashing MD and that was fixed in a new gnome-vfs2
package. Maybe this error is related. You can try going to YaST Online
Update and update everything.
