[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop failed to start: Some sort of w32 error occurred: 0

I have just installed Mono_1.1.10_2 from the Suse 10 RPMs. I get the
following error when I attempt to start MonoDevelop

This the same or similar error as I was getting when I attempted to run
MonoDevvelop from the Mono_1.1.10_0 RPMS.
