All the more reason why MonoDevelop needs to run on Linux for sure, and 
is not quite so urgent for Windows. :)
(When I last looked at Nant, I was trying to compile NDoc under Linux. 
Suffice it to say, for the life of me I could not get it to compile.)

I think we (royal we) need to be more appreciative of what the team is 
doing.  They're a finite number of people with a finite amount of time, 
and if they'd rather be spending their time now on making MD actually 
work better rather than tweaking the build process, I think that's a 
pretty reasonable choice.
