[MonoDevelop] Could not load winelib.exe.so

You seem to be using a VERY OLD version of Mono. We don't use winelib
anymore. Please install updated packages (version 1.1.7 is the current
one on x86, but PPC may be lagging) for Mono and libgdiplus.
