[MonoDevelop] MonoDevelop.Core solution

Hi.

I have made a solution and project file for MonoDevelop.Core.

How do we go about syncing MakeFiles and MonoDevelop solution/project
files? Has anyone thought of this? Maybe some script to convert MD
files to MakeFiles?
