[MonoDevelop] GUADEC

Are there any monodevelop or Gtk# people going to guadec? Might be
nice to talk a bit about where things are going (Gtk# for example). A
couple of people from gtksourceview are meeting together to discuss
where to from here (new highlighting engine, GtkTextView fixes, code
folding etc.). Might be of interest to MD devs.

Perhaps we can do some sort of hack session for MD/Gtk# if enough
people are interested.
