[MonoDevelop] Opening a c# file gives InvalidCastException

I verified your bug with gtksourceview-sharp from svn. This can easily
be fixed by using the 0.7 tarball. Please download and install from:
http://www.go-mono.com/archive/1.1.5/gtksourceview-sharp-0.7.tar.gz
