[MonoDevelop] Is MD self-hosting yet?

We are actively looking at ideas for self-hosting monodevelop source.
Creating mds/mdp's is one option, as well as mbuild, as well as having well
defined Makefiles like the Mono codebase. Whatever the outcome, we hope to
have something relatively soon.
