[MonoDevelop] Project 2 HTML Plugin for MonoDevelop

In about the svn that can be done several ways. I agree with a script.

As of the "patch viewer" I think there should be a web front-end.
Correct me if I'm wrogn assuming your "GUI" is a desktop front-end. You
talk about forums, etc... I was thinking more about IRC, we use pastebin
several times to post errors, lines where bugs occur and patchs. And
those are things that once posted the others view and we can forget.
