[MonoDevelop] Add New Class and Add New Interface patch

Hello,

I have attached a patch to 
http://bugzilla.ximian.com/show_bug.cgi?id=73440 that adds an Add New 
Class and an Add New Interface menu item under the Add menu item, when 
the user right clicks on a project node.
