[MonoDevelop] Compiling MonoDevelop from SVN

Oi Paulo tudo bem? :P

For start if you compiled monodoc from svn then you have compiled mono
with "--with-preview=yes", right? just wanna to make sure.

Now, the most common problem is the prefix, try to uninstall every svn
module (except mono/mcs), then autogen them with same prefix (/usr).

Those are the common problems, any more help we need to know more
details, like your distro...
