[MonoDevelop] Cleaning profile settings

I managed to make MD break by removing sidebar options such as classes,
files, etc. Everytime I try to open MD, it stalls as it gets to the
point "loading workbench" in the splash screen.

I've tried removing MD and reinstalling it. It works fine under the root
user, but not under my user, which I think means that the problem is
with the user's profile settings with MD.

How do I clean the profile settings for my user?
