As someone who has spent a *lot* of time on the Boo parser recently
(which has a fix for this already, and actually points to the right
line), can we say "it is the C# Parser which starts off". Please don't forget
that MD is multi-language, and changes affect more than "the Parser".

Not trying to be nit picky, just trying to make sure some scope isn't
lost. (:
