[MonoDevelop] HowTo: C# Web Application using Monodevelop

I've posted the beginning of what is essentially my first (public)
HowTo/Tutorial. It speaks about using MonoDevelop to create a simple web
application that displays the contents of an Xml file according to an
xslt stylesheet. It's not yet complete, as I am now off to go write the
code to complete the tutorial.
