[MonoDevelop] Moving SVN repo, website, etc.

Hi.

I was wondering if we could add some sort of continuous integration
for MonoDevelop. I do not know if CruiseControl .NET runs on Linux,
but it would be cool to have it (or something similar) )running. Also
if we some day decide to implement some unit tests we could track them
there. :-)
