[MonoDevelop] Moving SVN repo, website, etc.

I am currently working on the dump/reload so we can keep history.

At this point it looks potentially successful, we just have to answer a
question about how SVN handles date based arguments and then we can move
forward.

Do you think it should just be on monodevelop.org and point to bits on
the wiki, or something different?
